Lake's Folly 2023 Cabernets
Perfumed nose of floral, violet aromas with mulberry and black olive fruits, and hints of cedar. While still medium-bodied, it is a slightly riper, richer wine, reflective of the great vintage. Fresh black fruit of dark cherry, mulberry and olives, cradled by stylish French oak and showing the typical length and persistence of a great Lake's Folly Cabernets. 13.0% Alcohol.
Lake's Folly 2024 Chardonnay
Clean, lifted pear and tropical fruit nose, with subtle hints of vanilla. The palate is soft and textural with pure pear-driven fruits that, combined with regular stirring of the yeast lees in barrel, creates a silky, seamless mouthfeel. Ripe Chardonnay fruit is generous and with perfectly-balanced but soft acidity, delivering the hallmark length and persistence that Lake’s Folly wines are famous for. 14.0% Alcohol.
Lake's Folly Cabernets
Lake's Folly Cabernets is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz made from low-yielding, estate-grown, hand-picked fruit. The fruit is open-fermented producing softer, more subtle tannins, and then transferred to large format casks for six months for settling, and then into small French oak barriques (new and one- and two-year-old) for approximately one year before bottling.
Excellent long-term cellaring potential of up to 20 years, depending on the vintage.

Lake's Folly Chardonnay
Lake's Folly Chardonnay is made from low-yielding, estate-grown fruit which is barrel fermented and aged on yeast lees for eight months in French oak barriques (30–50% new). There is no secondary malolactic fermentation.
