HOW YOUR ORDER IS HANDLED

When you complete your order in our online store, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

Your wine is set aside, and we will later ship to you commencing mid/late April. We have traditionally delayed shipping at this time of year, until April, to ensure the weather conditions have cooled, when it is more suited to transporting wine (not exposing your wine to heat/warmer conditions in transit).

However, if you'd prefer your wine shipped immediately, please just let us know when you order.

Please note, we do not ship wine during extreme weather events or in hot weather or heatwave conditions.

When your wine is shipped you will receive an email notification from Australia Post, with your delivery tracking number (so you can monitor your delivery if you wish).
